FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. Specific results are not guaranteed, as everyone's hair and skin respond differently. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify any issues with your order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You have the option to pay with your credit/debit card using PAYPAL to process the payment.  You do not have to have a PAYPAL account to use this option.  All orders must be paid in full before they can be processed.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Most packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).  They will be mailed 1-3 business days after the order is placed. (Custom orders may require additional time.)

You may also pick up your order to save on shipping charges.  You will be notified via phone or text and arrange a mutual time for pick up. Please call when you are on your way.  Because of COVID, your package will be left on a table in a basket on the front porch.  I am flexible with pick-up times and usually available 7 days a week to accommodate work schedules.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

At this time Xanadu only ships within the United States.  We do not ship internationally.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

At this time, Xanadu does not sell Gift Cards.  Alternatively, you can place an order, and we will send it directly as a gift from you.  We will include a card that includes your name.  You can also include a note to that person at the time of check-out that will print on the packing slip.  Xanadu will send you tracking information so that you can track the arrival of your gift.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS, LIKE GIFT BASKETS, SHOWER PRODUCTS, WEDDING FAVORS?

Yes!  I can customize gift baskets.  I can tailor baskets to fit your budget or build one from existing products.  Feel free to contact me by phone or text if you have questions.

 

If you want one or more baskets tailored to fit your budget, you must allow extra time for delivery.  You should submit your request at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance.  For custom orders, please call me directly.

Wedding favors must also be arranged in advance.  There must be at least 8 weeks' advance notice.  

​

All orders must be paid for in advance.  There is no refund on custom-made products.
