Because Xanadu products are handmade especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. Unfortunately, specific results are not guaranteed, as everyone's hair and skin are different and respond differently. Please try our sample size if you're unsure how our products will work for you! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so we can rectify any issue.

 

PRODUCT SAFETY

Xanadu products are natural and nourishing; many customers use them on newborns or small children. Of course, the usual caveats for allergies apply; children and adults with sensitive skin or allergies should patch-test in a small area of skin first to ensure there’s no reaction. With fragranced products, in particular, be careful not to apply to irritated or broken skin, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue use.
