Because Xanadu products are handmade especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. Unfortunately, specific results are not guaranteed, as everyone's hair and skin is different and responds differently. Please try a sample mini size if you're unsure how our products will work for you! :o) If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it.

Xanadu products are natural and nourishing; many of our customers use them on their newborns or small children. Of course the normal caveats for allergies apply; children and adults with sensitive skin or allergies (like the mixtress's mom, who is actually allergic to shea butter!) should patch-test in a small area of skin first to make sure there’s no reaction. With fragranced products, in particular, be careful not to apply to irritated or broken skin, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue use.

We will not do anything with your personal information aside from using it to streamline your shopping experience, ship you your order, and occasionally email you a coupon, site update, or product update if you opt-in to our mailing list.
